How does the 50% return policy work?
If a customer receives an item but needs a different size or wants to exchange it (for example a T-shirt or pants that doesn’t fit), they can request a return. Our courier will collect the package from the customer and send it back to you. For this return shipment, you only pay 50% of the delivery fee. This makes size exchanges simple and affordable, allowing you to send the correct item to your customer without paying the full delivery cost again.
Can I update package details during delivery?
Yes. You can request updates to important package details even while the shipment is in transit. Through your dashboard, you can submit changes such as the delivery price, the customer's phone number, or the delivery address. Once submitted, our team will review and validate the request to ensure the update can be applied smoothly before notifying the delivery agent.
What sizes do you handle?
We handle a wide range of package sizes to support different business needs. From small parcels starting at around 20 cm and up to 5 kg, to medium boxes up to 15 kg, and large cargo up to 50 kg. For bigger shipments, we also offer dedicated vehicles with virtually unlimited capacity. This flexibility allows us to handle everything from small e-commerce orders to large bulk deliveries.
Is the 100% free return really free?
Yes! If an order is rejected or canceled by the client, we bring it back completely free. No hidden fees, no questions asked. That's our commitment to you.
How fast is e-commerce delivery in Morocco?
Delivery times depend on the destination. Express routes usually take 1 business day in major cities, while shipments to southern regions such as the Sahara typically take 2–4 business days. Throughout the delivery process, you and your customers can follow the package with real-time tracking and receive automatic status notifications.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services?
Yes. We provide full Cash on Delivery (COD) services for e-commerce sellers. Our delivery agents collect the payment directly from the customer at the time of delivery. Once the payment is collected, we securely transfer the amount back to you after deducting the delivery and service fees. This allows you to sell products easily while we handle both the delivery and cash collection process.
When will I receive my collected COD payments?
All Cash on Delivery (COD) payments collected from your deliveries are processed and sent back to you every 24 hours. After we deduct the delivery and service fees, the remaining balance is transferred to you. This fast payout cycle helps you maintain healthy cash flow and keep your business running smoothly.
How do I track my shipment?
